God is not ashamed to be their God who look for the heavenly country and not the old country of sin and wickedness. If the things we are seeing in these latter times are not getting to you, something is wrong with you. It's unrighteousness and it should get to you. 1 Peter 1:20  -  The scripture is of no private interpretation. He's not going to reveal one thing to another and something different to someone else. Or only to certain people and not others who are truly seeking Him. We are to be looking for and hasting unto the day of the Lord. Jude 3-4  -  The gospel is so holy and precious that it must be contended for and protected. 2 Peter 2:1  -  The word privily means to "come right along side of" meaning they are bringing damnable heresies in right alongside a little truth... very deceptive. The best lie always has a little bit of truth mixed in to it. Deuteronomy 13:1-3  -  The heretics may do miracles and many wonderful things but their doctrine is all wrong. King Solomon was "unequally yoked" (2Cor 6:14) with a woman who served many other gods and proceeded to worship and build temples for her gods. He went a whoring after other gods (1Chron 5:25). vs 3:  When we play with sin (aka "play with fire") like Samson did with Delilah, we don't think that we are doing anything wrong because no one is telling us we are wrong (Judges 16). It's become so normal that no one is ashamed anymore. vs 5:  Are you not fearful of what the Lord is going to do if you don't repent?
